Her expertise lies in ensuring an organization is attaining their strategic goals with effective governance for performance excellence. She is diligent in working through barriers and challenges, identifying options to develop the optimal path forward to build momentum for the organization. This approach incorporates multi-stakeholders' perspective whether management, shareholders, union/employees and clients/customers.

Her Masters of Arts degree combined with graduate work in Organizational Development augments her practical management experience facilitating mental models that effectively address organizational challenges.
