Organizational Development
Organizational development is an evidence-based, behavioral approach to create an adaptive organization that can reliably achieve it's performance goals. As organizations change and grow the framework may need enhancements to reflect the organization's status and achievements. Jasmine French can align the organization’s financial resources, the governance structure and labour to achieve the organization’s purpose.
Jasmine's experience with governance, change, pilots, strategy, stakeholders, authority and leadership will enable the development of a realistic design plan that can maximize the organization's labour productivity and systems resulting in improving organizational performance.
For example, governance is the basis by which decisions are made, who makes and communicates those decisions and whether they are based on the organization's mandate and policy. The organization's policy schema determines how the organization's labour realizes the organization's overall strategy and function.
